I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
My love affair of photography was sparked by a fascination with our night skies - the stars, planets circled by moons, storms and cloud bands on Jupiter and Saturn, comets, and our home star, the sun.
Using astronomy programs on my Commodore 64, I was able to plot the paths of the Milky Way in summer. Taking my tent and cameras to a dark rural part of Osceola County, I photographed the comet Hale-Bopp at perihelion on April 1st, 1997.
Technical Information:
Formally designated C/1995 01, this was perhaps the most widely observed comet of the 20th century and one of the brightest seen for many decades. It was visible to the naked eye for a record 18 months, twice as long as the previous record holder, the Great Comet of 1811. Hale-Bopp was discovered July 23, 1995, at...
About Chris Kusik
Chris was born in southern Delaware in 1960. As a teenager he began studying maps of Florida and dreamed of exploring the state and its natural treasures. In the early 1980s he moved to Central Florida. During his travels throughout the state he discovered the beauty of its swamps, prairies, springs, rivers and lakes. This led to an interest in photography and its ability to document his adventures. He also developed an interest in astronomy. He studied the work of Ansel Adams and his zone system as well as the works of the his colleges in the f 64 club of art photographers. It became apparent that researching the accomplishments of painters would also be beneficial. Chris began to establish his own style, a fusion of art and...
