I enjoy the "poster", although far too small. I ordered it because I used to work for Air India, and 1968 was a great year. Otherwise, not worth the price.

I've begun to assemble my favorite equestrian images on canvas for my new parlor (reveal in summer 2025) from the Orientalist Period in the 1880's, the same as the age of my home. This work by Deluermoz is one of his finest as he captures the majesty of the horse, the horseman and the wind all at the same time...wind is nearly impossible to capture, but he has accomplished it! The frames I had selected are now discontinued (story of my life) so nothing will be framed until I find something suitable.

This is exactly what I expected. The colors are all accurate and the paper is good quality. I chose this to match another piece of artwork with similar colors, so it was important that the final result matched the online images. Thanks for an excellent product!

So happy with this print! Also, working with Greg was great. He was very helpful and responsive to my questions.
Artist's Description
I was so drawn to this model's strength, to the line of her red silk gown, her beautiful dancer's hands fiddling with peacock feathers that were part of the set-up. I simplified the colors to bring all the attention to the colors red and gold. It was a challenging painting to complete--outside of my comfort zone both in style and content.
To me, red has always symbolized both strength and mortality. It sybolizes the earth, the ground from which were created and which we will return to.
Gold is my color for divinity, perfection, or high value. It's also a color of power.
The circular patterns, "s" curves, and repeating shapes in the composition and placement of the flowers were all set to lead the viewers eyes, and cement the eternal nature of my subject. I attempted to point out, that no matter how divine our eternal natures, this mortal life will slip through all of our fingers. Yet, the divinity within each of will remain.
As the bloom and dreams of our y...
