This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
Corduroy Corn and Seersucker Silos is a study in texture. I have long held a fascination with fabrics from a design perspective and from an appreciation of the textures created by various weaves and materials as well. I am equally intrigued by language and words as can be seen in my sometimes overly verbose descriptions. It is a rare day indeed when I pass up an opportunity to use alliteration. And so, the title of this picture.
As my car came over the last rise and rolled into this hollow I was struck by the pattern created by the crop that was planted over the undulating hillside. The rich color of the soil contrasted by the complementary green of the foliage was too good to pass up. Once again, I stopped in the middle of the road as there was no real shoulder here. I did find a certain amount of charm in the other images, but in the end decided that this one best exem...

In an attempt to diffuse those kinds of accusations, regardless of how accurate they may be, I am writing this statement today. Each picture I make begins with a germ of an idea. I visualize how I...

Thanks so much Kandy! I try to write a bit for each image and it's rare that anyone reads the stuff I write. Yet, I write, because I must. It's the same reason I make pictures.
