Our tote bags are made from soft, durable, poly-poplin fabric and include a 1" black strap for easy carrying on your shoulder. All seams are double-stitched for added durability. Each tote bag is machine-washable in cold water and is printed on both sides using the same image.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

When I was a child I used to walk around with my hands folded like a camera before my eyes to see what the world would look like through my own little window. Not much has changed since then. From our home in the far south of the Netherlands I tell my story to the world, all in images. I'm inspired by the beauty of nature, the magic of light, by other cultures and its people and most of all by stories and fairytales. It made me long for days long gone, no schedules, no stress, just enjoying nature and the turning of the seasons :) I must add we didn't have a garden at the time, a dream that did come through eventually, so now I'm growing my own cottage garden, hoping it will some day look as glorious as this one!
