Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

About Barbara McDevitt
I have had an interest in painting since early childhood; fascinated by watercolors and loving works of oil on canvas, especially seascapes. My beginnings as an artist were first with oils on canvas. For many, many years my camera was always near my side and ready to be used snapping a scene or image that would later be used as a basis for a future painting. i didn't even notice at first, but a friend of who works for the historical preservation society sent me a bunch a pics to photoshop....I actually have pics of this bridge as well. I don't know if you're ever in the waltham area but there is an amazing covered bridge located by the riverside T stop. I'm waiting for fall to photograph it because of the great foliage around it.....but I'll post it when that time comes....love your work
