Hot boiled crawfish are not just a food down here - they're a season! We look forwrd to crawfish season the same way we look for football season and Mardi Gras season. It's a lifestyle - and we adore it.
This painting includes all the fixings for the pot: onion, garlic, Louisiana hot sauce, crawfish and, of course, to complete the feast, possibly an ice cold beer!
