Daybreak arrived as it often does by the water, gray and foggy, and the sun struggled to break through the mist. The result was a softly lit harbor scene that includes a single anchored fishing boat and a nearby floating buoy. I took the original photo from the pier at Port San Luis in California; I have treated it to a canvas-look texture in pastel tones, .
The texture is from the French Kiss 'Artiste' collection.
