Love it!!!
I painted this work because our school in American history interests me. This Christmas interior scene brings together a special time in a school year and by the way I went to a one room schoolhouse for a short while in the fifties.
Hi~ Art has always been one of my first loves! Contact me at..email coffeebythepound@aol.com I attended Paire Art School-then four years in the Navy. Hi John, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. The painting sure tells the story of a slower, simpler life. I am sure you know that the church also served as a school at least in some places back then. Have a great New Year.
