Item was lost in transit. Tough figuring out how to contact Fine Art. Finally received 6 weeks after placing order. Then received the original shipment.

I bought this tapestry for my mother who is in the final stages of lung caner. I wanted to brighten her room and bring her some cheer. I paid extra to have it shipped Next Day Air. We received the package 5 days after ordering. However, I was very diappointed at the taperstry when I opened it. It is very blurry and distorted. The fabric is OKAY somewhat thin, but not terrible. I have ordered many tapestries from another company recently as Christmas gifts for 1/2 the price that are way better quality and very clear and vibrant. I will not order again from Fine Art America....

Excellent quality. I am so pleased with my purchase, it's much better than I imagined. The image is crisp clear and the fabric is very good quality and hemmed all around. I have bought it to hang in my apartment in Tenerife which we have called The Kestrels as these birds fly and hover around it all day. I can't wait to return and hang it on the wall.

This is becoming the focal point of a four poster bed canopy.

It’s been almost two months and I still haven’t gotten my package after contacting Fine Art America multiple times. Would not buy from them again.

Artist's Description

I can't believe it has been almost exactly 26 years since I was in Death Valley National Park. I was going back through some (very old) images, relatively low quality scans of 5x7 color prints, and found this image of some sand dunes shot in June of 1990. I was out there on a three week trip with a couple of great friends from high school. And the valley was only one of the many stops we made. We drove from Texas to New Mexico to Colorado to Utah to Nevada to California to Arizona and back home, hitting just about every state and national park on our way. Day 252 of my 365 photo a day project. Copyright 2016 Scott Norris Photography scottnorrisphotography.com

About Scott Norris

Emotion. Mood. Feelings. This is what I capture through my photographs. Whether it is landscapes, architectural elements, still life, or macros - it is a very personal journey as my own fears, triumphs, beliefs, and shortcomings are exposed with each photo. Much of what I shoot is done spontaneously without preconceived thought or plan. I let what is around me dictate what is photographed. And the shooting is only the first step - a jumping off point. I take the raw images and create what I see in my mind's eye. Coaxing out textures present in the shot - sometimes adding them. Enhancing the contrast of light and dark to create the mood and emotions I felt and feel. In the end, it's all about listening to my heart and mind...
