The image is very high quality. The position of the image on the mug means you can't really see it while using it as a mug, because there are plain vertical bars closest to the handle to fill the space where the image doesn't reach. Not sure what the solution to this would have been, because if the picture won't stretch round the entire mug, you have to use up the rest of the space either where they have done it, or on one side (which would look worse).
