Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

I wanted a photo that showed what a beast these things are, and this one really shows it.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.
Artist's Description
Did the first rendering in digital sketchbook then modified it in a digital program adjusting colors, contrast and layers. Then filtered the image multiple times to achieve this rough sketch texture. As in most of my work, texture and movement are important and the detail close up adds complexity to the image.
About Jason White
I feel that art is an expression of self and the gift of being able to share that with others and connect in visceral way is what inspires me. My art evokes feeling and emotion as well as seeing the unseen. I love working with textures and reflection and light in a way that creates a feeling of movement. I mainly focus on painting abstract with acrylics, powdered pigment, and epoxy resin. However, I enjoy exploring other mediums that overlap and show my vision in different ways. My intention is to present a cohesion that the viewer can relate to on a deeper level and see the emotion. I am constantly inspired and thrive on knowledge and being able to grow on my artistic journey. It is my hope that you find some connection in my work...
