This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

Hi ! .... My name is Ray Summers and I'm a true believer that there is a vast difference between taking a snapshot and creating a beautiful Fine Art Photograph. As a life long resident of Upstate New York, I enjoy the benefit of all four seasons, but Massachusetts' Cape Ann holds a very special place in my heart. I began my career in the early 60's lugging around the hefty Speed Graphic with 4"x5" single-sheet negatives ... times when a news or sports assignment allotted only 2 - 4 pieces of sheet film. In the 1966 came my first Nikon F ... the 'Cadillac' of' the day. Today I work exclusively with digital Nikon's (D600 and D700).
