I absolutely LOVE Wyatt! The colors are amazing, the painting on wood is exactly how I imagined. I could not be happier with my purchase.

This was a gift for my son-in-law for a new office. It was beautfully crafted and very unique. Being a history buff, my son in law spoke to the accuracy of the map/art. The website was easy to use and packaging/ delivery was top notch.

I have purchased 3 framed prints through Fine Art America and have been very pleased with the quality of all 3. This is the first time I've purchased a product where the picture has been reproduced on wood rather than paper. Perhaps I should have known, but the colours and vividness of reproduction on wood do not compare favorably to those on paper (or canvas). To me, the end product looks washed out. The overall quality of the product is otherwise good, but I wish I'd ordered a framed print instead.

Artist's Description

I say now that I donít know how to reveal the Emes (truth) in art. Thus if I paint (try to paintóas I donít, as I say, know how) this thought (that I donít know how to reveal the emes in art) behold I have painted the emes, I have found the emes. In this way I can proceed through the painting. I avoid sheker. That is, I follow, or try to follow, my thoughts as I proceed. I try to maintain to the greatest possible extent a handle on thoughts the underlie the lines and colors that are being reveled in the work. To avoid fooling myself; this is enough of a challenge for a human being. Yet if one doesn't have some handle on this, in my opinion, he shouldn't take art-making too seriously. If the artist will look honestly at what he does he will see that his fundamental involvement is the revelation of himself to himself. It is true that he is also reveling wider truths than his own personal sphere, but would it be that he understood the personal truths that are being revealed! He must learn...
