Vickie Wade art is one of my favorites. I have her a few of her pieces in my home. I needed black,white and red to go with the room and she was able to give it to me on my absolute favorite piece. My daughter is grown up and out of the house. This touching artwork is in her old room and it warms my heart with memories of when she was young every time I walk in there.

An Homage to Picasso's "Don Quixote." This was painted using black and iridescent white acrylic paint on canvas, and the original is sitting in a family member's home in Milan. They loved this piece and wished they had the original, so I just repainted it for them as a gift - and if you look at Picasso's, you're going to notice some key differences. Also, my post-war experience made Quixote a relatable character for me.
