This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
This was one of the studies I made for the watercolor that is also available as a print. A wonderful group of sundews found primarily in Australia. They grow upright, often clinging to surrounding plants, glistening in the sunlight like spun glass ornaments in the grass.

About Scott Bennett
I am a landscape painter at heart, with a long apprenticeship to abstraction, and a love for plants, particularly of the carnivorous variety. I have also been a photographer for about as long as I've been a painter, and so you'll see galleries of selected photographs along with my paintings and drawings. I have been growing, photographing and looking at carnivorous plants in the field for most of my life. Orchids, bromeliads, ferns and other plants have caught my eye along the way as well, and recently I have taken to drawing and painting the apples from our trees and the roadside wild flowers at the end of our driveway.
