I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

Beautiful work. I'm not sure what a photo painting is, but definitely beautiful. The cloud shadows on the distant hills successfully give a very light, airy feel to this work, but which contrast very nicely with the heavy dark opaqueness of the advancing "iron horse".
