Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.

(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) In this small, medieval city of Brugge in Belgium, life seems so different than ours. The primary form of transportation for the local residents, have only two wheels. Even their bicycles are different than ours. I did not see any extreme or rugged dirt bikes for performing risky stunts, or riding on mountain trails. Just simple, plain bikes like this one. It was neatly parked in front of this charming home, where the owner led a much calmer life. Traveling to work and the small shops for lifes necessities, was just a short distance on cobblestones worn smooth, for a slow and... Easy Ride.
I created this image from my original photograph taken on location by adding digital enhancements, textures or other effects. These effects and image details will become more visible by clicking inside the green magnifier square as the cursor is placed over the image.

My love for photography began as a boy when I was taught the basics by my father. During a tour of duty with an Army Combat K9 unit in Vietnam, I bought a professional model Nikon SLR camera and dreamed of becoming an artistic photographer when I returned home. A family of my own and a new career put that dream on hold for many years, but I had always enjoyed photography as an art form. Then, after surviving another kind of war with cancer back in 1997, I began to really see the beauty in our world.
