You're a lucky guy to have all those wildlife living around you. This is a great shot of a fox whose as interested in you as you are of him. We have red fox here in Ft. Collins, but it's always with urban backgrounds. Wish I could get one like this! Thanks for your nice comment on my horse/aspen shot.

. it is a wonderful image . . I love the sunlight illuminating this beautiful animal's coat . . and I adore your story about your life and the wildlife who live around you above in your comment . . it is fantastic . . :)))

Sharon, you're so sweet. Thank you for all of your compliments. Hopefully I'll have time this weekend to look into your groups. They seem to be really interesting. I'm looking forward to getting more active as I get to know this website. Thanks again, Bronze

Hi Leland, Thanks so much!

Wonderful capture. However did you get this photo? We see red foxes but they are shy and don't stick around long enough to photograph.

Beth Riser replied:

Hi Mary, I think it's this unique environment. I live on a gravel mountain road, on which each house seems to have it's own foxes (and deer) that hang out on their decks and driveways. This one is only 8 months old, and was born on our property. He wouldn't let me take any great pictures of it when he was little, and it was killing me he was so cute. He only came out in the evening when it was too dark for clear pictures. They are like pets here. This one sits quietly, and even falls asleep when I'm outside, and sleeps on the deck in the sun. His daddy is older, grayer, but has the same black markings, and also very comfortable around me. I don't know what happened to the mother. The foxes down the road have very white chins, and that's how I know my two are related. The older fox brought me a vanilla oreo cookie one day. I decided cookies aren't good enough, so I showed him a dead mouse in my garage, he came in, picked it up and buried it for me. There's a black cat that also visits the houses, and she'll charge and chase the foxes. The foxes are afraid of her! It's pretty funny. The deer and the elk also have no fear of people here. I can get within a few feet of the bucks and they don't care, they don't charge me or run away. I think hunting here must be a joke, not like East Coast hunting at all. The animals are right here hanging out, looking in our windows, watching us, not running away. I don't hunt, so I don't really know, but I can hear the hunters when they drive by, admiring my wild animals! Oh, and the elk are really amazingly calm, also. I call them gentle beasts. There's a golf course here, and people golf within feet of HUGE bucks. No one is charging anyone. They aren't even afraid of the golf carts. They will protect the young from cars, however. They will kick or knock the females and the young elk back away from the road when a car is coming or if one of them wanders into the road without looking. It's so amazing to see. And I see people jog through huge herds of elk, and not one of them will flinch. It's crazy. The bears and the mountain lions, completely different stories! They can stay away!

Love the image, but not the fabric. Does not absorb moisture well.

Very nice little towel, fits perfectly in our Japanese theme bathroom.

Extremely poor quality, complete rip off as picture disappeared after the first wash. The wash was a cool programme for delicates and the towel was washed on its own. I won't ever order from them again
