Elgin Cathedral, sometimes called The Lantern of the North, is a historic ruin near Elgin Scotland. First built in 1224 Elgin Cathedral stood at the heart of a thriving religious complex and was home for many religious leaders. The Cathedral, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was established by King Alexander II.
About Paul Cannon
Photography has been a lifelong interest of mine and now that I am retired, the free time has allowed me to devote more time and energy to viewing the world through my lens. Challenging myself to capture the beauty and contrast of nature through changing light, creating powerful images, is my passion.
