I love the artwork. It’s a little blurry though. The lines aren’t crisp. Perhaps it’s meant to be that way though.

The title of the piece is, "Emancipation Proclamation of President Abraham Lincoln, Freeing the Slaves of the United States". This image also contains the full text of Lincoln's famous document.
