Emperor angelfish (Pomacanthus imperator) swimming over soft corals (order Alcyonacea) on a reef. This angelfish is found throughout the Indo-Pacific and can reach up to 40 centimetres in length. It feeds on sponges and other encrusting organisms. Photographed in the Red Sea, Egypt.
