Your mastery is on display with this incredibly difficult scene of snow, quiet light, and metal. The color on that metal is gorgeous. Superb work. l/f/c/p/g+

I absolutely LOVE Wyatt! The colors are amazing, the painting on wood is exactly how I imagined. I could not be happier with my purchase.

This was a gift for my son-in-law for a new office. It was beautfully crafted and very unique. Being a history buff, my son in law spoke to the accuracy of the map/art. The website was easy to use and packaging/ delivery was top notch.

I have purchased 3 framed prints through Fine Art America and have been very pleased with the quality of all 3. This is the first time I've purchased a product where the picture has been reproduced on wood rather than paper. Perhaps I should have known, but the colours and vividness of reproduction on wood do not compare favorably to those on paper (or canvas). To me, the end product looks washed out. The overall quality of the product is otherwise good, but I wish I'd ordered a framed print instead.

Great experience. Excellent quality product. Shipped fast and with care. Highly recommended seller and great website.

In the earliest days of oil refineries and filling stations, the Pegasus symbol was used by the Standard Oil Company of New York. The logo first appeared in 1911 on their gas pumps and petroleum products. When the Standard Oil Trust was broken up by the Supreme Court (1911), two of its divisions - the Standard Oil Company of New York and the Vacuum Oil Company - merged. The former brought with it the Pegasus logo, the latter brought the Mobilgas name. The Pegasus appeared on Mobilgas products during 1911, but it was in 1931, with the forming of Socony-Vacuum, that it was officially adopted as a trademark. The flying horse was first colored red by an artist at the Mobil Sekiyu division in Japan. A major makeover was done in the 1930s by the commercial illustrator Robert 'Rex' Elmer. Not only was it given...
