Most of the time, people go flying by this sight, but when one parks off away from the traffic and walks down and along the river, one transports self into a place of beauty and tranquility.Of course, with the freeway nearby, the noise is still there, but the further one walks, the more deeply one penetrates the secret of the river, the less one hears the traffic and the more one focuses on the sounds of the river itself, the birds in the trees overhead, the buzzing of insects, even the crunch of one’s feet on the gravel of the banks.It’s worth getting out of the car and away from the noise.
