Description
The rays of the setting sun transform this desert landscape into a simple but elegant natural abstract in which the gradations of color and play of light and shadow on the dunes, on the mountains beyond, and in the sky are the essential elements. The scene is White Sands, New Mexico. The time is dusk on an early October evening. The stillness is sublime.
