This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description

Excerpt (No. 1)
I Love Dog lifts his nose to the air
ferreting out the one smell from the rest
and follows
Head hung low
teeth bared
searching for the next one
that dares thinks to escape
You can't make it out of here
Not alive anyway
You should know this by now
Many have tried
before you
I Love Dog picks up the pace
Stuck between here and there
Stuck in this cold space
Where words fail and clump like
dead things stuck in your throat
Stuck between
something and
nothing and
everything.
About AJ Walker
A poet and photographer born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Many years as a photojournalist both sides of the country and in the middle. Became fascinated with the intersection of poetry and photography after learning how the ancient Chinese sought to meld painting, poetry and calligraphy in what they called the Three Perfections. Being both a poet and a photographer, I wanted to work at perfecting this idea using modern day equivalents of poetry, digital photography and typography.
