My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.

Early Spring is a time for flowers blooming, sunshine, warmer weather, and fishing. This was early fall at Wissahickon Creek.This brings back memories of Grandfather and Dad taking their son out for a bonding experience. This is a relaxing and peaceful time of the early sun, the rushing water, and the sounds of nature. This place is actual in Philadelphia part of the famed Fairmount Park system.
Much of the creek now runs through or next to parkland, with the last few miles running through a deep gorge. The beauty of this area attracted the attention of literary personages like Edgar Allan Poe and John Greenleaf Whittier.
The name of the creek comes from the Lenape language for "catfish creek" or "stream of yellowish color". On the earliest map of this region of Pennsylvania, by Thomas Holme, the stream is called Whitpaine's creek, after one of the original settlers with William Penn.
