You just never know when you are going to come across one of natures finest treasures. Fat Fin (CA171B) comes and goes from the Monterey Bay as he chooses. Swimming freely, his handsome upright dorsal fin breaks the water indicating where we should be hoping for a glimpse. This photo was taken on October 6, 2013.
100% of the proceeds from sales of this image will go to Monterey Bay Marine Life Studies. A local non-profit organization devoted to protecting our oceans, whales, dolphins and other marine wildlife. http://www.marinelifestudies.org/
