Description
Dappled sunlight through the white oak trees (called komorebi in Japanese) fall on fawn lilies. Cabbage white butterflies flit through this little magical woodland near my home in Corvallis, Oregon. I was touched by the story of the person who cares for this little field and had to paint them. S dreamlike landscape, depicting komorebi (in Japanese, the word for sunlight through the trees).
