This dragonfly is a female Migrant Hawker (Paardenbijter; Herbst-Mosaikjungfer; �schne mixte; Aeshna mixta), a small species of Hawker L 62 - 64 WS 80 mm ( 2.4 - 2.5 3.1 in )
The whitish golf-tee shaped mark on the backside of the second segment of its abdomen helps to identify it.
You may be able to see it in the photo just between and near the spots where the hind wings are attached to the body.
