I visited one of my favorite little parks on my way home from work one day, but I smelled smoke. Rather than take the walk I had planned, I followed my nose and discovered a small brush fire. I called the fire department, waited for them to arrive and followed them in with my camera. They didn't seem to mind. They (to my relief) didn't seem to think I started the fire to get some pictures.
