The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This photograph is absolutely gorgeous! When the sunlight touched it the clarity of detail was far beyond my expectations. I know, this sounds like extravagant praise, but it is in fact modest. I will definitely order more of Carl Amoth’s photographs printed on metal. This medium is beautiful, clean and minimalist. Stunning when highlighted with good lighting.

I received "A Nightly Knight" printed on metal first of the three items in this order. It arrived in a timely way and has a saw tooth hanger rather than a wire across the back. Some art exhibits I've participated in don't permit saw tooth hangers, but this item was not purchased for that purpose. The artwork seems fine, and a knight in armor artwork turns out to work well printed on metal.

I'm originally from West Virginia, but I have lived in Salem, Ore., for the past 31 years and call Oregon my home. I never majored in art, though I have taken a half-dozen art classes while at Marshall University in my hometown of Huntington, W.Va. I "discovered" that I had a talent for art quite by accident when I was in my mid-20s: I needed art for my first apartment, but I ran out of money just setting up the apartment and buying furniture for it. I went to the local art store, bought acrylic paints and canvases and began creating abstracts. I consider myself to be mostly self-taught.
