Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.

Inventory #48E7373. We found this great little fixer-upper way out in the boonies of Utah. It was listed as being for sale. Can't you just read the ad: "A great little fixer-upper with view. Power and water available. Outbuildings. Needs work."
I have since learned that this is known in the area as "Maria's Cabin." Maria came to the area with a group of followers and founded a semi-religious cult here. They were not accepted by the local community. Gradually, the cult members left, and Maria herself left in the 1920's and moved to town.
About Kathy McClure
A photographer since the age of 8 when I received my first camera as a gift from my grandmother, I learned the art of photography by studying such current great artists as George Lepp, Dewitt Jones and Art Wolfe. My inspiration is God's beautiful creation, and I attempt to record it faithfully, shooting landscapes, flowers, animals, and anything that captures my fancy. I shot film until 2012 when I purchased my first pro digital camera. Now I do both, and do all of the creation in the camera before the snap. If the image isn't good enough to print as taken, it is discarded instead of being "improved" through Photoshop. I have my own darkroom and love making my own prints from negatives. One of my favorite techniques is to hand paint...
