Flamboyant cuttlefish (Metasepia pfefferi) displaying colour variations on the sea floor. Cuttlefish feed on small molluscs, crabs, shrimp and fish by rapidly striking out with a pair of tentacles. This species only grows to about 8 centimetres long and is thought to be poisonous. Photographed off Mabul Island, Celebes Sea, Sabah, Malyasia.
