Review by Craig Starr: I want a window seat! Because you can count me in on this trip! Flying-to-Rio takes me away! Away from dreary wintry doldrums and into a bright bold vision of the joy of Rio. Rio should place this magnificent piece on their travel adds. Hold the beverage and the cookie. With this beauty beside me I'm there already. Rhythmic joy infused with the bold impactful hues that reflect the excitement this joy on earth we call Rio. There is also a darkness in the background that is a true reflection of any city. For us to fully appreciate joy, we must also have known suffering. The social struggle of cities is a palate that many successful artists use to give us wisdom. Mr. Salvatore shares his wisdom with us in Flying-to-Rio. This piece gives us the true picture of the glorious destination that is Rio. In his piece he has given us the color and flavor of the food, flora and music that this great city provides to the world. Fly with me to Rio by spending some time with Wayne Salvatore and Flying-to-Rio.
