Artist's Description

The Fokker Dr.I was a triplane built by Fokker-Flugzeugwerke during the First World War. The design, based off of Britain's Sopwith Triplane, is well known thanks to German Ace The Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen, for being the plane in which he scored his final kills. Dr.I 214/17 is depicted as seen around March 1918. The olive streaked paint is part of the factory finish and the other colors were customized by the pilot. Drawn entirely in Adobe Illustrator. I do commissions! See more at my website www.artbyedo.com I strive for detail and accuracy in my graphic work. If you spot any mistakes or errors, please let me know
