Beautiful nature photograph of a dense cypress swamp in Central Florida, along the Ichetucknee River.
This panoramic photograph was taken on the Ichetucknee River, a protected fresh water spring in northern Florida. For anyone who has been there, you know that Ichetucknee Springs is not "forbidden" or "uninviting" at all, but rather incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and inviting. However, the cypress forest was so thick that when I exposed for the flower and grass in the foreground, the woods in the background looked very dark. This gave the image a very eerie feeling that I decided to embrace.
