As abstract and unfinished as it is, this piece drew me back into passion and expression. I did some slight digital editing to close in the focal point. The strokes on this canvas were from a scenario in which I made an attempt to pour into loved ones through a lesson on the blessing of creativity. I was born in London, England in 1983. I grew up in Texas and am currently in Dallas. I was never "good at art" when I was younger. So I have stumbled back into expression and dabbled in many forms of art and love to find the move and turn of creativity in whatever form it takes. My perception of life is drawn through God, people, music, art, reflection on scripture, relationships, nature, creation and the inspiration of my Savior. I express myself through word, sound, light and color the joy of what I see the Lord doing out of his endless love for us everyday, (even sometimes in spite of us).
