I was born on September 21st 1977 in Vienna, Austria, into a family of artists. My mother studied photography and my father was a fine art painter. My grandfather, Ernst Fuchs, is considered one of the most versatile artists in Europe, and is one of the most important representatives of the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism. I have always had an admiring eye for the aesthetics of things; colors, light and shapes, the simplicity and beauty of nature. During the years I spent living in Munich in my early 20s, I was lucky to meet and work for a photographer who inspired me a lot, and deepened my interest in the subject. I like many kinds of art, but I've found that it is through photography that I can best express my creativity....
