The Giacopiane lake is located in the territory of the municipality of Borzonasca, in the Sturla Valley, in the Aveto Park (Eastern Liguria, Italy), and has landscapes of great value. It is located on a plateau of great geological interest, surrounded by forests of beech, chestnut and agricultural terraces lands. From walks and excursions from the mountains of and around the Liguria Mountains High Way trail there are great panorama views of the Eastern Liguria and up to Corsica island.
