Using as a wallet
I have taken a photo reference of Paul-Henri Cahier to make this visual experiment. Black Canson paper (instead of the usual white) and soft pastel chalk to paint this image of Gilles Villeneuve at Loews. I do it on black paper to get that dark atmpsphere so characteristic of his photos, which sometimes seems to be at night.
Juan Méndez is an artist from Spain. This time from the beautiful Galicia region. Juan was borh on December 15th, 1972 . He started drawing young and he was very good at drawing portraits amongst other things. He collaborated with local magazines, schools and cultural programs by way of illustrations as well as murals. He started university at 18 and studied Bachelor of Veterinary Science. That explains his full time occupation for the past 16 years as he is indeed a vet. He became interested in motorsport in his teens, watching Formula One and a driver that impressed him most, Ayrton Senna. He also has a great interest in photography and the great masters of speed caught his attention, Still, he was not drawing cars, but...
