The framed print arrived looking just like it did on the website, so that was good. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the frame itself and decided to hang the print in the bathroom rather than the dining room as originally planned. Next time I will order just the poster and take it to my framer.

We stayed overnight at a friends place in Glenview, Illinois. This little pond is directly across the street from their house. In the morning, the pond was as smooth as glass and the light was just perfect. I'm reading a book on the Impressionist Landscape painters and the techniques they used and I thought I'd have a go at creating that type of look for this shot in post-processing.
