Description
This was actually a pre-sunset--when the sun had gotten just low enough in the sky to bounce off the clouds at a really exciting angle. There's an open field across from some rental storage units just outside town where I now habitually go to witness virtually unbroken spectacles of sunsets. There's a lot of dense, textural work in this piece, atop more softly blended tones. As with any of my artworks shown on this site, I'd gladly (very nearly!) re-create this piece for you if you prefer to have a hand-rendered work.
