This tote bag is gorgeous! I saw a picture of it and had to have it. The colors are just beautiful. The size is better than I expected, because it's larger than I had envisioned it. It is practical and functional as well as beautiful. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Goddess Of Healing prose by Carol Cavalaris
This artwork honors the exquisite iris that is always an inspiration for me. I imagine powerful spirits dwelling inside the petals and perhaps that is why the beauty of this flower is so healing. The Greek word for goddess is iris, and so I filled this Chakra colored iris with healing goddesses. Goddess Of Healing is a mixed medium work from the Healing Collection of art by Carol Cavalaris. Healing Goddess series includes: Goddess Of Insight, Goddess Of Growth, Goddess Of Thought, Celestial Goddesses, and Goddess Of Healing.
I live in the middle of a forest in the high country of Colorado. It is the wild beauty of my surroundings that inspires my mixed medium paintings of wildlife and nature. I grew up in Southern California and have been creating since childhood, always drawing, painting or making something. I have enjoyed many creative adventures, including sculpting, stained glass art, being a display artist, an interior designer, a graphic artist, a copywriter, a songwriter, a novelist, and a creative director. I owned an ad agency with my husband for years, doing everything from producing books to print ads to tv commercials. Painting wildlife and nature, color and detail, are my passions.
