I purchased this for a gift and the recipient was blown away. The artistry is alive in this bag with Frida. Perfect!

I absolutely LOVE Monica's artwork and it's extra special to be able to carry her artwork around with me wherever I go. Quality of the bag is good, too!

I’m very pleased with my Back2bike bag from artist John Kurtyka. The bag is high quality so it holds my library books quite securely. And since I’m a bike rider, I love the picture, so unique, people notice it and comment so I tell them about this website and the unique works of this artist.

Gorgeous photo on the bag. Loved that I could adjust the photo size to suit my preference. Wanted to use for going to the health food store as I need to replace the 15 year old canvas, washable bags I have now. These will not last as long as those canvas bags. I could even deal with slight fading when I needed to wash them. These do not feel washable. Cheap mesh "fabric" on the interior will tear. Disappointed in the fabric on the inside and outside.

I was hoping for a heavyweight cotton canvas bag to use for grocery shopping; this will not be it. I wanted a bag that would be washable. This has a cheap mesh fabric on the interior that will tear in short order. The exterior is some sort of nylon or other synthetic fabric that I do not feel comfortable washing. I guess I didn't realize what kind of fabric it was made of. It is beautiful but not useful for my needs.

Artist's Description

Like so many artists before me, I painted the Golden Gate Bridge from Fort Baker, across the bay from San Francisco. Fog, sun and strong wind gusts all added to the drama - and the challenge to paint the stunning and iconic scene.

About Judith Kunzle

Judith Kunzle, originally from Bern, Switzerland, has a big diversity of motifs, from her signature pieces of the human body in motion, to exotic landscapes from around the world, to her stunning and sometimes whimsical studies of the natural world, from plants to fruit and veggies, to birds and other animals, including her beloved cats. Her training in anatomy and the structure of living things, combined with her long sojourn in the South Pacific, invest her work with loving observation, depth, and more than anything else, humanity. Her media include all drawing media, conte, pastels, markers, and water-based media like watercolors, ink and acrylics.
