I just did a total bathroom rehab and was browsing thru prints on fine arts to add some culture to my barren walls. Stumbled across these 2 from Maynard Dixon. The pair are a perfect fit and compliment my new bathroom so nicely. The quality and vividness of the prints are superb. I ordered 11 x 14 in for both of the pictures. some how they were changed to smaller sizes. The My Son is going to look pretty silly in such a large frame.

The 3rd Battalion/82nd Aviation Regiment flash is a quality work of art. It also has a special significance regarding a good friend's son who was a "Black Hawk" MEDEVAC pilot in the 82nd Airborne Division, serving in Afghanistan. He was a highly respected and beloved member of our community. The flash is proudly displayed in my home office as a reminder of his dedicated service and professionalism.

About Mary Helmreich
Mary Helmreich was born in 1945 near Boston, Massachusetts. Her talent was recognized early, when at age nine she won a prize for portraiture, competing against high school students. At twelve she attended a summer art program at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. In the eleventh grade she studied under Sidney Hurwitz at the De Cordova Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts, and at the Cummington School of the Arts in the Berkshires. At Bard College New York from 1963-1964 she majored in Sculpture taught by Harvey Fite and Fine Art by Anton Refregier. She continued her studies at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston from 1964-1965 under the tutelage of Robert Grady and Andreas Feininger. Toward the end of 1965 she traveled to London and...
