I pre-textured the canvas with gesso to add a roughness to the background. Then layered it by dry brushing burnt sienna, yellow ocher and white. I painted the vine with a palette knife for even more texture. The softness of the grapes are nicely contrasted against rough background. "Grape Vine" is available in many print sizes and a few products, such as tote bags, throw pillows and note cards. One of these will surely work well for your decorating needs.
