The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

The Great White-fronted Goose Anser albifrons - nicknamed "Specklebelly." White on front of face just above the bill and the only North American goose with orange or yellow feet and irregular black bars or blotches on its gray under parts. I find oil based colored pencils work best for such high detail images, however, they are unforgiving and do not erase like regular pencils.

Creation turns me on. From a blank surface to the finished work of art, it's the process that feeds my soul. To me, art is a lifestyle, a compulsion and a passion. With a formal education in the arts spanning over eight years and an apprenticeship lasting two, I found myself addicted to the learning process. Now after more than forty years of practice, I still consider myself a perpetual student of art.
