Fine Art America's website proved to be more than inaccurate regarding my particular order. Right before I hit send to confirm my order on 2/24/2023, their website said the estimated shipping date would be 3/1/2023. It is now 3/8/2023 and it has not been shipped. If you notice there is not a Customer Service phone number on their website, which should have been my first red flag. So, I filled out the provided form on their website on Friday 3/3/2023 regarding the status of my order. Their website said it could take 24 hours for them to reply, which was acceptable at the time. However, I never got a reply and today is 3/8/2023, not counting Saturday and Sunday, it has been 3 business days. I had to look up their phone number via Directory Assistance and called them today. They said my order was in production, however they had no idea when it would be shipped. I asked to cancel the order. They would not give me a cancelation number over the phone and said I SHOULD be receiving a confirmation of my cancellation within 48 hours. Side bar: they confirmed my order and charged my credit card immediately upon me confirming my order. Since they seem to not live up to their commitments I called my credit card company and stopped payment. Caveat emptor my fellow buyers. My case may be a one-off, but it certainly doesn't seem customer service is Fine Art America's top priority.
