Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print.   Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is one of a series of pieces exploring the grid structure in a very limited palette of blues, greens, neutrals, with red as an accent color. I was interested in building atmospheric layers and textures, and contrasting the formal grid structure with freely expressive mark making.

Jane Davies is a full time artist working in collage, painting, and encaustics. Beginning as a potter in the early nineties, Davies gradually transitioned into freelance art, using painting and collage as her medium.
