What a charming old world setting, Darin! Makes me want to be there! :o) BTW, googled "osteria" to see the meaning and found out we have an Osteria Nofio restaurant here in Mobile that I have never known existed. Might have to try it out! l/f/tw pin G+

Darin Williams replied:

Thank you dearly for your comment and support, Marian! That sounds like fun to try the restaurant you found. Good luck, I hope it's good!

A great image of life in the old world. Maybe more simpler than ours, but definitely a place with an eye to color, organization and the overall balance of things. Amazing image Darin.

Thank you, Skip!

I bought this tapestry for my mother who is in the final stages of lung caner. I wanted to brighten her room and bring her some cheer. I paid extra to have it shipped Next Day Air. We received the package 5 days after ordering. However, I was very diappointed at the taperstry when I opened it. It is very blurry and distorted. The fabric is OKAY somewhat thin, but not terrible. I have ordered many tapestries from another company recently as Christmas gifts for 1/2 the price that are way better quality and very clear and vibrant. I will not order again from Fine Art America....

Excellent quality. I am so pleased with my purchase, it's much better than I imagined. The image is crisp clear and the fabric is very good quality and hemmed all around. I have bought it to hang in my apartment in Tenerife which we have called The Kestrels as these birds fly and hover around it all day. I can't wait to return and hang it on the wall.

This is becoming the focal point of a four poster bed canopy.

It’s been almost two months and I still haven’t gotten my package after contacting Fine Art America multiple times. Would not buy from them again.

Is so perfect the way that this tapestry fits my bedroom wall! Love it

Darin loves to capture ancient architecture, as well as modern. He also favors turbulent, partially cloudy skies which seem to add drama to photos of buildings against the backdrop. Darin has lived in Germany a total of 9 years and still have a great attachment to that country (my adult children still live there). He has lived in Missouri in the USA for most of his life. Darin is especially fond of traveling in Italy, particularly Rome and northward from there. You will also see many photos of his travels right here in our great United States. Darin is a...
